Okay so, these are a mess-up turned into a win. I had originally purchased these pre-made tree cabochons to make needle minders. However, being dual-sided and thick glass means that they didn’t work for that purpose. Whups.
So I improvised. I’ve gotten into making twisted wire, and figured… why not doll up the cabochons with a lovely twist? So I did! The wire for each pendant is hand-twisted, and then shaped to fit around the cabochons. I used colour-plated copper for the wire, so it should stand up to a bit of hard love.
Pendants as pictured are advisory; I’ve made two of each colour available, and photographed one ‘upside down’ and one ‘right side up’ to give an idea of what they both look like. Each comes with a free waxed cord.
